12-Month Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. Your product is covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the original date of delivery.

What is Covered:

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended everyday use. This includes functional components like internal electronics, inductive charging matrices, and ports. If a component fails due to a defect within the 12 months period, we will repair or replace your product at no cost to you.

What is Not Covered:

To maintain a fair standard, this warranty is strictly limited to functional defects and does not cover:

• Cosmetic & Aesthetic Wear: Natural aging of materials, scratches, scuffs, stains, surface blemishes, or normal discoloration of canvas, felt, or vegan leather that occurs over time with daily use.

• Accidental Damage: Defects or malfunctions caused by drops, spills, liquid submersion, exposure to extreme heat, sharp bends, or modification of the product.

• Misuse: Any damage resulting from using power sources that do not meet our technical specifications or using the product outside its intended scope.

How to Make a Claim:

If you experience a structural or functional issue, please contact our support team at hey@peltandco.com with your original order number with clear photographic or video evidence of the defect and we'll be more than happy to assist.
