Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue quickly.
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of the policy outlined below.
1. The 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier to request a return or exchange.
Once this 30-day window has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, return, or exchange. You may contact our support email hey@peltandco.com should you face any existential issues and we will review them on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging (including all original boxes, protective dust bags, tags, and accessories).
- It must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear, usage, or damage not reported upon delivery.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We hold our manufacturing to the highest standards. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective (not by own means), you must notify us within the 30-day window.
⚠️ Mandatory Evidence Requirement: To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item alongside your order number.
- How to submit: Email your photo/video evidence to hey@peltandco.com.
- Please note: We cannot issue replacements, store credits, or refunds for reported damages without verifying this visual documentation first.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer support team at hey@peltandco.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number, the reason for your return, and any required photographic/video evidence if the item is damaged.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the return address on your original shipping label without explicit approval from our team.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For Damaged/Defective Items: If your return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.
- For Standard Returns/Exchanges: For change-of-mind returns or incorrect sizing choice, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our fulfilment team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
- Approval: If approved, your full / partial (less 20% re-stocking fee) refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow [5–10] business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
